Procurement Complaint

In the event that you believe you have not been fairly treated, we will review your complaint if we perceive your case to be substantive. Our procurement complaint procedure is intended to afford an opportunity to file a complaint by vendors who participated in eligible competitive procurement process and were not awarded a purchase order or contract.

The complaint form, together with the supporting document, should be sent to the Deputy Secretary Administration, FATA not later than 10 calendar days after announcement of Bid evaluation Report, through one of the following means only:
